“ Came here for 2nd round of dinner in mid of march 2025. A hidden gem, found this place in Google maps. Along the way to the restaurant, was dark due to less lamp posts on the road side. Still walking distance from Ubud main street, enjoy the darkness before reaching the restaurant. A rice field view restaurant, but inside is full of crowd, mainly Western tourists having dinner. Nice ambience, nice lighting and decoration. We ordered chicken mie goreng, on season juice and slow juice double, did not order 2 portion due to this is 2nd round of dinner after having burgers. Food taste good, very reasonable price, wish can taste other food too. May be next time! Recommended restaurant and beautiful view. ”
“ This is one of my favorite restaurants in Ubud. I have been here two years ago and again now. Its location is very peaceful and beautiful. The food is delicious and cheap. I highly recommend this place and I’ll come back every time when I am in Ubud. It is a must try. ”
“ Our favorite restaurant in Ubud. We went here every night for dinner. The food was delicious and at a great price. The place is beautiful, like something out of a fairy tale. I only recommend going at 6pm, after that it is usually full. But it's nothing terrible if you wait a while for the table. ”
“ A genuine Balinese local eatery, they serve delicious traditional cuisine at very low prices and are packed out every night. Classics like Nasi Goreng, fried chicken salted egg, satay and fish curry were all fantastic quality and value. Recommend avoiding common dining times; we went at 3pm and 9pm different days and didn’t have to wait for a table. Lush indoor/outdoor alfresco dining vibe feels like a dinner party in a friends’ backyard. ”
“ Our first Balinese dinner and also our first time trying authentic Indonesia cuisine. omg we love our experience here. Ordered mie goring and Nasi campur for mains, dumplings and green beans as a side. the campur and mie goring left a deep impression and we're glad we tried it here. Highly recommend this place. For us the best mie goring! Apart from the food, it has an amazing atmosphere, the service was quick and have staff were lovely and attentive. Overall left a positive experience to our Bali trip. The price compared to other restaurants was so much cheaper. ”
“ I discovered this restaurant some years ago, and the first meal I had when I arrived to Ubud some years later, was again here. Really nice and quiet restaurant. Amazing food. When I was looking for a hotel in Ubud, I even though 'this hotel is nice, but even better, it is next to Warung Gauri'. ”
“ A very pleasant, calm environment. Very friendly staff! An outstandingly large menu with a wide selection of drinks. Everything is delicious and nicely presented. I had one of the best chicken soups in the area here. And all of this at real warung prices! Definitely worth a visit! ”
“ Tasteful local food in an perfect place, it’s better if you go while sunset. The food was quite well, they had candles on every table and good service made a good experience. Rate quality/ price awesome. There is a flip flop robber around, take care with this lovely dog ”
